Why does the price look different on this page?+
We show pricing in three markets — Nepal (NPR), India (INR), and the rest of the world (USD baseline, converted to your local currency). The market is picked from your IP, but you can change it with the currency dropdown above.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — sign up and use the full product for 7 days. Billing only begins after you choose a tier. No card to start.
What exactly counts toward the commission?+
Only payments where managespa provided distribution or rails: bookings made on your public managespa booking page, or payments routed via your connected gateway (Khalti / eSewa in Nepal, Razorpay in India, Stripe internationally). Cash, card-on-POS, and bank-transfer payments tied to bookings your staff entered manually never count.
What if my month is huge?+
Each tier has a hard cap on commission. Big months don't cause surprise bills — once you hit the cap, the rest of the month's mediated revenue is commission-free.
What's an "active therapist"?+
A therapist marked active in your account who delivered at least one session in the trailing 30 days. Seasonal or dormant therapists don't count against your tier cap.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades prorate the unused time as a credit. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Commission is always billed monthly — it can't be prepaid.
Where is my data hosted?+
Servers in Singapore (low latency for South Asia and the Gulf), with EU customers replicated to Frankfurt. Daily encrypted backups. We never sell or share your data.
